If you’re anything like me you have good days and bad days.
The days of laughter.
The days of peacefulness
The days of joy.
The days you pray.
The days that you eat the salad instead of the number 4 from McDonalds.
The days you stick to the family budget.
You know…the good days.
Then there are the bad days. (I know right? I don’t even like writing this part).
The days that you’re stressed.
The days you’re easily agitated.
The days that you doubt.
The days when you question.
The days the kids are sick.
The days that you yell.
The days when you cry.
Bad days are inevitable. Jesus never promised sunshine without the rain. (Matt. 5:45)
But here’s a simple thought…He’s there.
Good or bad.
It was written long ago,
Where can I go from your Spirit?
Where can I flee from your presence?
It’s comforting to me to know that in the good days as well as the dark days that He is there.
It’s in the moments of struggle & success that we must remember…He’s there.
It’s in the moments of pressure & promotion that we know…He’s there.
The seasons of joy & sorrow…He’s there.
Today, let us never forget that He’s there.
