Imagine, Jesus…The King.
Born in a barn.
Around animals, straw, stench, and strangers.
On the first Christmas, God wasn’t concerned as much with the packaging for he was much too excited to give the gift.
God was unwilling to stay distant from us any longer.
He couldn’t help himself.
His furious love was not to be stopped.
We were his obsession.
We were in his thoughts.
We were his priority.
We were his family.
He wanted to be with us. (Matthew 1:23)
Merry Christmas and remember He is With Us.
